5:15 pm -6:30 pm 2019 Annual Mtg   UUFM – main sanctuary, Manhattan KS

Voting members are encouraged to attend our Annual Meeting, where Board officers are selected and and voted upon, and the budget for the coming fiscal year is discussed and approved or updated.  Learn more, and view details of items for discussion on pages 7 and 8 of the April newsletter.   All members able to attend are urged to do so, as business cannot be conducted unless a quorum of at least 40% of our membership is present.  Members who are unable to attend, but wish to designate another member to represent them at the meeting, may fill out a proxy form.  Completed forms must be returned before the meeting begins.  Proxies do not count toward a quorum.  Contact Board Chair Jessica Sievers, at, with questions.
