The UUFM Board encourages members to attend a Congregational Meeting following the morning service, on Sunday, OCTOBER 20. This meeting has been called to consider two items, which require the input and approval of the congregation before additional steps can be taken.
- Following the announcement of Rev Jonalu Johnstone’s retirement when her current contract with UUFM concludes, we will explore options and seek congregational approval to begin the ministerial search process.
- We also seek approval to use $14,500 from our endowment to fund much needed repairs to brickwork on the Fellowship building.

- If you are a voting member and will be unable to attend, you may designate a proxy to attend and cast your vote. A proxy designate must also be a voting member of the Fellowship, and may hold a proxy for no more than one other member. Download, print, and fill out a proxy form. The form must be turned in before the meeting begins, at 12:15 pm, on Sunday, October 20.
