What if …?  Letting Go of Judgment to Embrace Curiosity

Rev Jonalu Johnstone presents this service.  Too often, our tendency may be to judge.  We judge other people, calling them rude or loser.  We judge their intentions–that they are selfish or greedy.  We also judge situations as horrible or unfortunate or even a great opportunity.  We want to decide quickly whether we like or dislike something or someone, before we’ve had time to be curious.  What would happen if we suspended judgment in order to sim-ply observe and learn, rather than to rush to judgment?  How might that change what happens?  How might it change our hearts?  Our convener is Madilena Mendiola at madilenam@gmail.com.
