Grace MacMillan, Sabrina Bowker, and Sylvia Beeman attended a three-day Anti-Racism Analysis Training (Damascus Road Anti-Racism Process). The workshop focused on developing a common language to discuss and understand individual, system, and environmental racism in the U.S. Developing a shared knowledge base lays the groundwork for the conversation needed to dismantle systemic racism in our own house.
