Intergenerational Repair: an exploration of Día de los Muertos

As human beings, our relationships with our ancestors are important, if also a bit complicated. Knowing at least a little something about who and where we came from has an impact on our lives, our health, and our sense of identity. These relationships provide us with a starting point as we begin to navigate life. Each of us, as we grow into ourselves, get to make decisions about how we want to relate to our ancestors: what parts of them we want to carry on with us, what parts we want to continue to heal, and which parts we want to let go of. Join us as we explore ways of relating to and remembering our ancestors that support intergenerational repair, through sharing in rituals informed and inspired by El Día de los Muertos.

Join us in-person on Zeandale Rd or on Zoom.
