Brick Oven Pizza!

Oh wow. What a great lesson we had on outdoor, brick ovens. Did you know that the oven at the home of Matt & Jen Campbell can reach 1000 degrees Fahrenheit? THAT’s hot! A stopwatch confirmed that a pizza cooked in under 2 minutes. Everyone got to make their own pizza for lunch – which we shared with parents. Yum!
