Grace MacMillan, Sabrina Bowker, and Sylvia Beeman present A Framework for Dismantling Racism.  They recently attended a three-day Antiracism Analysis Training (Damascus Road Anti-Racism Process).  The workshop focused on developing a common language to discuss and understand individual, systemic, and environmental racism in the U.S.  Developing a shared knowledge base lays the groundwork for the conversation necessary to dismantle systemic racism in our own house.  Contact Sylvia at sbeewoman@hotmail.com.
