September began with an introduction to the World Religions for all classes.
The K-2 class spent most of the month discussing sacred spaces and built a fairy church in the woods near the memorial garden.
3rd-6th graders learned about Earth-based religions, oral traditions, and connections with nature and Native American viewpoints.
The 7th-9th grade class began the school year with Pat and Ken Embers leading discussions about Buddhism.
The Pre-K class focused on becoming familiar and comfortable with the fellowship and learning about its special rooms and symbols.
Our Nursery class enjoyed “I Can Move” by Mandy Suhr and saw how many different ways they can move… skip, hop, run, jump, dance, roll…
