SUMMER IS OFFICIALLY HERE and we’re making the most of it.
Each Saturday from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. we gather at the K-State Intramural Fields (corner of Denison and Kimball). The fields provide a lovely opportunity for kids to run off energy, fly kites, or explore for bugs while maintaining good distance. Extremely good distance!
Here are pictures of a gathering in June. Lots of distance between families!
Every other week or so there will be a new exploratory kit for each family which will include a variety of activities and projects. There will be kites, wind chimes, nails & wood, bug jars & magnifying glasses, art projects, and more. In addition to being available each Saturday at the fields, new kits will be available for pick-up from the front porch at my house during the week.
Please let me know if you have an idea for an exploratory kit or want something specific to be included.
We park at the south end of the fields where we can set up our own lawn chairs and blankets in the shade. It’s social, yet feels safe. All ages are welcome.
I hope you’ll join us!

Book (and some video) lending continues…
I am blessed to live in a house with many books. If you’re tired of digital media and the library is still not easily accessible, I’ve got some to lend. View the list at: https://bit.ly/2S89QBL
