ALUMINUM CAN COLLECTION CONTINUES!

Did you know that Michael Oldfather has been helping the RE kids collect aluminum cans for recycling – FOR YEARS! (So many years that I’ve lost track.) The money made for turning in the can has provided funds for several causes dear to the kids’ hearts. WE ARE STILL COLLECTING CANS! Have some cans to donate? Delivery is best, but we can arrange a pick up if you prefer. Contact Michael or Sandy for all the details.

 

 

 

 

 

OUR WHOLE LIVES (OWL) for 7th – 9th Graders

Our Whole Lives (OWL) class for 7th-9th graders is happening in person at the fellowship. Sixteen students are meeting in the sanctuary so they can keep a safe distance apart along with masking. Once we begin in-person worship again, we ask that folks clear the sanctuary as quickly as possible so that OWL facilitators can set up the room.

This centerpiece of the OWL series provides a variety of engaging activities so that participants build values, interpersonal skills, and knowledge. The comprehensive approach speaks to participants’ needs today and helps prepare them for a healthy and meaningful tomorrow.

 

OUR WHOLE LIVES (OWL) for 5th & 6th Graders

We anticipate offering the OWL 5/6 class next winter (January – March 2023). If you’ve got a student in that grade range and are interested in participating, please let me know so that planning can begin.
