JULY! Summer! Vacation! Christmas? 

Ahh summer. Who doesn’t love the hot, sticky, humid, bug-ridden evenings of summer? (Yeah, me for one.) We’ll do our best to keep it cool while we create art and chat and snack.

Our “Arts & Chats” theme carries on this month with a “Christmas in July” twist…

* July 7 – First Sunday of the month we indulge in donuts. Plus we’ll begin a month of “Arts & Chats” about how to “Unplug the Christmas Machine.” 
* July 14 – We unplug Christmas with our own snow cones along with our own unique wrapping paper.
* July 21 – We unplug Christmas in the kitchen making tasty treats that can be consumed or gifted.
* July 28 – Shared Worship – at the Manhattan Mennonite Church.

Friday, August 9, 9:30 pm – 11:00 pm (Weather permitting. Rain date Sat. Aug 10)
PERSEID’S METEOR SHOWER WATCH PARTY
We’ll gather at an as yet undetermined location to lay down, watch, and be amazed by the sky. (Do you have a yard or patio with minimal (or no) light pollution? Maybe we can meet at your house.)

Friday, August 16, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
SUMMER KID NIGHT!
Start thinking about S’mores and what movie we should watch.
