Joy often shows up unannounced – bold and undeniable, but also elusive and indescribable. As we open our month on the theme of Joy, we take some time to describe what joy is and what it isn’t. But we don’t want to get too stuck in our heads. The point is to make space in our lives to experience joy, even if its true nature remains a mystery.
